Honest Beginnings
I'm Sarah Goodwater—a mother, athlete, coach, and lifelong student of healing. My journey has taken me through grief, trauma, motherhood, faith, burnout, rebuilding, and profound transformation. Every season taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you were before life convinced you otherwise.
Salvaged Alchemist was born from that realization—a place where women and athletes can reclaim their identity, restore their inner fire, and transform life's greatest challenges into wisdom, purpose, and joy.
The Birth of Salvaged Alchemist
My journey has never been linear. Every setback became an invitation to grow deeper. Through Scripture, nature, movement, nervous system healing, and honest reflection, I slowly discovered that our greatest breakthroughs begin with awareness. Salvaged Alchemist is the culmination of those lessons—bringing together holistic wellness, embodiment, faith, emotional resilience, and human performance into one transformational philosophy.
Why I Built This
I didn't create Salvaged Alchemist because I had all the answers.
I created it because I know what it feels like to lose yourself beneath expectations, grief, performance, and survival.
Today my mission is simple:
